Pet Cremation

Greener Pastures is a family-owned and operated pet cremation service.  We provide an environmentally responsible end of life service for departed pets of all sizes. More importantly, we treat every pet with dignity and respect, the way we would expect our pets to be treated. Our pet cremation services include:

  • Private cremation:  We offer private cremation for those who wish to keep their pet’s ashes to save or scatter.
  • Communal cremation  We also offer a low cost option for those who do not wish to have their pet’s ashes returned.

End of Life Service for your Beloved Pet

We provide custom urns and memorial products created by local artists to help you memorialize your departed pet. Click here to learn more about our pet cremation services and memorial products.

We offer pickup and prompt return of your pet from and to any veterinarian in Aiken and some surrounding areas in our standard service. Pets may be brought directly to our office by appointment or in-home pickup may be arranged for an additional charge. We offer whole horse cremation with transportation available in our private trailer that was designed to provide a respectful and dignified experience for you and your horse.

We provide compassionate, personalized service as you plan your pet’s final arrangements and we pledge to treat your beloved pet with the same care, compassion, and dignity in death as you and your family did throughout his or her life.

I was devastated when our Lab, Danny, passed away from cancer. Erin came to the house to pick him up and delivered his ashes to us a few days later. He was a great comfort to us in our time of need.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Erin did an excellent job with my baby Van Gogh. He came back to me in the most beautiful wooden box and Erin managed to get not only his tiny little foot prints, but also a print of his tail. Hopefully I will not have to do business with them again soon, but if another one of my babies crosses the Rainbow Bridge, Greener Pastures will be who I call.

Greener Pastures, I can not thank you enough for your quick and professional response to my needs in regard to my baby “Kaos”. I was touched by the sensitivity used during this painful ordeal.
